Lance is a Native Texan and graduate of Texas State University where he studied English & Communications to become a Travel Writer. After graduating he took off on a 20 yr. career as a Flight Attendant with American Airlines where he met his beautiful wife, Danielle and they began a worldwide adventure that eventually landed them back in DFW where they started their family. “Kids have a funny way of changing your perspective”, says Lance. “After my boys were born, I didn’t want to be away from home anymore but I couldn’t stand the thought of getting a “real job” and working for someone else again. I was struggling with what to do next when I ran into a former AA colleague who had become a very successful Professional Home Inspector and I knew…that was it!”
In 2005, Lance began training and inspecting and quickly built a reputation as a thorough, personable, and professional Inspector. “It just clicked. I had always been a handy guy and understood how things worked. My time flying around in that big aluminum tube full of people at 36,000 feet really helped me understand the importance of customer service and personal accountability and I was able to bring that experience to the inspection for my Clients…and I finally got to use that English degree writing those inspection reports!” Fast forward to the present, Lance’s little one-man-show has grown into a multi-inspector firm serving the DFW metroplex with plans to grow into other markets. “Our mission and motto is pretty simple and clear, “Home Inspections, Done Right”. We try to keep it as simple as that. We focus on our clients and making the inspection the easiest, least stressful, and most educational part of the home buying experience. I have a trusted team of Inspectors and an incredible support staff who take great care of our Clients. They’re much more talented, smarter, and, oh yes, often remind me that they have more hair than me too! They are truly raising the bar in the inspection industry and I don’t see any end to our growth potential.”

In 2015, Lance launched Lead Domino Training and became a TREC Instructor, MAPS Business Coach, and was awarded the 2017 Certified ONE Thing Trainer of the Year. Today, when he isn’t teaching and training, Lance spends his free time hanging out with his wife or camping with his two sons.
